I’m Alexis Herreid and I’ve served the Greater Denver area as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2021. Since initially entering the field in 2018, I’ve utilized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques within homes, communities, and center-based learning environments to support individuals and families across various diagnoses.
I continue to do this by employing behavioral assessments and tools to ensure areas of concerns are addressed. Common concerns that I treat include but are not limited to toileting accidents, executive functioning, job readiness, and staff effectiveness. While life will always bring new challenges, the overall goal of ABA is to be but a chapter in your book. By the end of services, you will have the necessary skillsets, independence, and foundation to navigate day-to-day circumstances.
Before starting Relational Frameworks, LLC, I most recently served as a center-based Clinical Director managing locations in the Boulder and Longmont area. This opportunity allowed me to continue working with families with young children while also managing other BCBAs and their caseloads. In addition to clinical treatment, I incorporated Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), or performance management, techniques to tackle daily functions and ensure client, staff, and the organization’s needs were being met. I earned recognition as the organization’s BCBA of the Year in 2024 for these efforts.
Now, I’m thrilled to spend my time coaching individuals and families with their needs. I’ve much to offer and would love the opportunity to speak with you further about your interests and goals!
